Don't Risk It

Always call 000 in an emergency for Police, Fire or Ambulance. Ambulance officers will not notify police unless they are prevented from their duties or a crime is being committed.

Protect Your Privacy

You can't control where your images may end up. Always be aware of your surroundings, what information you share and the personal details and images of your friends and others.

Good Choices, Great Future

Poor choices about drinking, drugs, relationships and health can affect your future. Breaking the law can lead to severe penalties.

Respect the local community

Remember, people live and work in Schoolies locations. Respect these areas when you are visiting and consider the local community.

  • Don’t forget your Year 12 ID

    You need your Year 12 student photo ID to obtain an official Schoolies wristband to access Safer Schoolies activities. No valid ID=No wristband=No access. No exceptions.

    All parents of teenagers in Year 11 & 12, or who have just completed Year 12, are invited to complete the Centre for Youth Substance Abuse Research confidential online survey.
